Where do you deliver?
Yes, standard delivery is free for purchases of 120€
or more. For any order below this amount, fees are
calculated automatically when you validate your cart.

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an exclusive item before its official arrival in stock. This guarantees you will receive your garment despite our limited runs.
When will my pre-order ship?
Unlike in-stock items, pre-orders are shipped as soon as the collection is received at our premises. We process shipments in order of purchase as soon as the goods are delivered to us.
What are the shipping times?
For in-stock items, your order is prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). For pre-order items, shipping occurs as soon as we receive stock.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an
email with a tracking link to follow its journey in real time.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at contact@sirlab.shop
If the order has not yet been processed, we will be able to modify it. If it
has already been shipped, you will have to wait for delivery to make a return.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days after receipt to return an item to us.
Please email us at contact@sirlab.shop with your order number to notify us.
Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Which items are non-returnable?
Worn, washed, stained, damaged, or unlabeled items will not be accepted. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
How long does it take to get a refund?
After inspection of your return, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Can I exchange this for a different size?
We do not offer standard exchanges. For a different
size, please return the original item for a refund and
place a new order.
Quality & Care
How do I know which size to choose?
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our clothes
are true to size. We advise you to take your usual size.
Where are your collections made?
Each Sirlab piece is selected or designed for its unique style and quality. We work with trusted partners to offer you sustainable clothing.
How do I wash my Sirlab clothes?
We recommend washing at 30°C maximum inside out
and natural drying (no tumble dryer).
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, CB),
as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna (installment payments).
Is payment secure?
Absolutely. Transactions are 100% secure, and we do not store any of your banking information.
